Gang dupes ₹12Lakh from 3,000 job seekers across India using fake website

At least 3,000 job aspirants from across the country were duped of more than ₹12 lakh allegedly by a gang by falsely claiming to offer employment in the Union Agriculture Ministry via fake website “panditdeendayalkrishivikas.com”, The racket was busted on Monday by crime branch. The gang charged ₹400 as application fee and gave the postal address of Krishi Bhawan. Police said they learnt about this fake recruitment drive after they received a complaint from the agriculture ministry around 10 days ago.
