Five of family found dead at home in UP

Five members of a family found died in their house at Benipur village in Uttar Pradesh’s Pilibhit district on Monday night. The victims, identified as Vegraj, his wife, son, daughter-in-law, and daughter. Prima facie it appears that all the family members died after consuming poison-laced milk at night. Police did not rule out land dispute as the possible cause for the deaths. They also did not rule out the possibility of it being a case of mass suicide.
